Time for an update I think :)
lately I've been working on making a single use solid sugar scrub.
It contains coconut oil, shea butter and cocoa butter, as well as a soap base (so it washes off easily) and of course sugar.
So far, I'm quite pleased with the results - although it doesn't 'lather' it exfoliates nicely and leaves a light, fragranced layer on your skin - I didn't even need to use moisturiser!
My only dilema is whether to package into a jar, or a clamshell mould (both options shown in picture).
What do you think?
I think a jar would be more attractive and perhaps easier to use?
ReplyDeleteThe clamshell molds may be more expensive and not as airtight as a jar with a lid.
